Our packs include the copyright release for you to build the home one time - if you want to build the home more than once, simply buy another low cost pack.

Changes to the plans?
Yes you can - when you buy the plans you can use our low cost drafting service to make changes.
Or if you have your own preferred draftsman, simply give him our plan. He will appreciate the starting concept plans as it saves many hours in design work,
resulting in reduced costs for you. Saves you time and money.
Non Builders - Owner Builders
If you are not a builder you can still buy our builders pack.
What a great way to get the home you want, allowing you to make changes if you require, plus it gives you a starting point.
It also enables you to take the plan to your chosen builder and have the plans quoted. Very cost effective. Simple and straight forward.
