What we require –

In order for us to perform our magic on your plans we require a floor plan showing dimensions of the house. We also require some form of
elevation to show us how the roofline and front facade are to be drawn. A full colour selection is required if there are specific colours to be
used. Alternatively you can choose from our standard palette – Light, Neutral or Dark colours.

Custom plans –                             $200+GST

What we require –

Again we require a floor plan showing dimensions of the house in order for us to create a colour brochure plan. This plan can be hand drawn,
printed hard copy or electronic copy in a number of formats. If you are using a specific format contact us to confirm if that format can be
used. Ask about bulk rates for builders!

NOTE - We have different levels of pricing depending on the size of the dwelling.

      
Full working drawings from $4/m2+GST
