Why I Like This Floor Plan
There are several features in this design that are worth considering when planning a family home.
The separate media room is particularly useful. Open-plan living looks fantastic, but families often discover that having a second living area becomes increasingly important as children grow.
The kitchen is also positioned as a central part of the home, with a pantry and easy connection to the main living and dining areas.
