Submit your brief to Ask the Builder / Australian Floor Plans for a separate quotation for modifications or further drawings, or discuss it with your appointed designer.

Some labels in the supplied illustrations contain conflicting dimensions. The artwork is preserved unchanged, with a separate corrected conversion table and notes identifying information that requires confirmation.

“312.8 Duplex” is the design identifier. This starter pack does not provide a verified total building area, individual unit area schedule or overall footprint dimensions.
